Watercolor Essentials: Wet-in-Wet Method

The Key to blending watercolors is through the process of dropping color into a wet substrate to produce a variety of soft values and hues.  This harmonious soup creates a dramatic backdrop for the subject in the painting. All levels of experience are welcome.

NOTE: The Watercolor Essential classes are offered weekly from September 10 to October 29.  Each week’s lesson will cover a separate foundational technique to help students become more proficient in watercolor.  Each class will be a separate unit and not necessarily a building block. Students may register for any combination of the Watercolor Essential classes that they choose.
