Making Unique Art Papers AM Session
In this class students will learn to make their own special papers for collage, gift wrapping, journal additions, card making, etc. They will learn ways to play with paint and unusual printmaking and mark making techniques.
The class will include the exploration of paint stamping, the use of a Gelli plate, handmade stencils, foam stamps and found objects. The students will use a variety of deli papers or tissue papers and standard paper from the office supply store.
NOTE: This class will be offered twice on May 4 with both classes covering the same content. Students may register for the session of their choice or sign up for both sessions if they want a full day of paper-making.
